Partnership for Poverty Action

The Partnership for Poverty Action was established as a local non-governmental organization with the aim to alleviate poverty among the poor people in the rural communities of Nepal. Their mission is to mobilize human, financial, technical, governmental, and other resources and effectively deploy these resources through key programs, especially health, education, livelihoods, human rights, environmental protection, and advocacy, with local collaboration and synergistic partners networking to alleviate poverty on a sustainable basis in targeted rural, marginalized, and disadvantaged communities within Nepal with a special emphasis upon children, youth, and women.
